I know its months and months away, but I'm so getting ready for NDK! Being a non-driver, I can only go one day (as much as my mother, thanks, will put up with), but I'm bringing at least 6 people with me! Since I'm the official cosplay maker (I costume with the theater dept. at school and am using this for practice) I get to decide what everybody gets to be! Woo! I'm up for the challenge! I ended up basing a lot of who gets to be who on hair because none of us have any money for wigs. Real professional ain't we? Ah, well.

Here be the list!

Hachiko- Princess Mononoke, she has the perfect hair and she adores that movie! I'm starting that one this saturday. Love!

Spence- Our Y chromasome, he's going as Markl from Howl's Moving Castle. They're about the same size, and he won't even have to brush his hair! (he's my little brother... he went as Kankurou last year after my 3 day costume whip up)

L- Yeah, L. I've called her that since I took a picture of her on my phone and didn't want to type out her whole name and she looked so enigmatic, I just left it as L. No deathnote intentions. She shall be Haru from the Cat Returns (not Miyazaki, but still Ghibli)

Livvy- I'm so excited to make her Chihiro costume! We did a project on that movie way back in October or so, and we got a little obsessed. But still.

Saru- Our monkey, shall be dressed up as Sheeta (english version of name, sorry) from Castle in the Sky. I'm listening to the soundtrack right now, wow. She has the right length hair too!

Kitty- If she can go (communication with mother : shaky) I want to dress her up as Kiki from Kiki's Delivery Service! I love that movie.

Me- I'm going as Nausicaa from Kaze no tani no Naushikaa. So excited!

Band camp starts today/tomorrow. Um.. I'm pretty excited, my audition was today at 11:15 am, and I'm still really shaky inside. I have no idea why, its not like they can kick me out or anything... Blaaahhhhh. Well, I hope I have a good time etc etc. I'm planning on uploading some of my good pics from france, they turned out really nice I just got them back from T-chan. I made a video of all our video clips to a Propellerheads song, but I cut the music just for my clip where I say "We are going to be completely screwed. I'm totally lost." I sound so frusterated.. I need to lighten up ^_^"
